This is not the first holiday I’ve spent alone, but this one is by far the most boring one! Why its so boring, you may ask? I live in Bali forgodsake! In Kuta no less! How could you have a boring holiday in Kuta? It doesn’t make sense! So in trying to figure out why this holiday is so boring, I compiled a few reason and decided to post it here. So here goes nothing..
The Collective Leave
It’s not really a vacation or holiday. As far as I can tell, it’s a forced leave. Its a collective leave where the employer force each employee to take leave from their own leave balance! How could they do that? Well apparently they can. Watching all your hard earned leave goes to minus 1 could really destroy your mood.
My Computer Broke Down
Its not the first time either but damn the timing could be better! I mean it got broken right 1 days before the vacation? It’s a CONSPIRACY! ARGH!!!
Yesterday, with Indra and Yuan I took my computer to RIMO, the computer center here in Bali. I thought that they might be able to fix it, like they did with Santus’s. After poking around with my PC for awhile, the technician told me: “I think the motherboard is finished, and we don’t have those kind of motherboard, they don’t produce it anymore”. My heart sank… a conspiracy it is.
Miss the Lombok trip
Some of my friends who decided not to go home this holiday, plan a trip to Lombok. It’s a nice little island located east of Bali. Initially I was planning to join them but after the computer conspiracy, I decided to start saving for a new computer instead and canceled the trip 
. Here’s hoping they had a good time there.
ARGH.. I guess that’s all. Writing it here really doesn’t make this holiday any less boring. And having your significant other leaving for home doesn’t help either. It just amplify the effects. Hope she get back soon..

Sorry to hear about your holiday… may be you can spend sometime surfing Jar. However, it would have been better if you went with her, getting to know her family wkwkwk. Btw, who is the master behind this conspiracy?

Surfing huh.. could be great if only the beach is not full of rubbish and dead fish. Kuta is so dirty now it’s making surfing so much less fun
what pain you have to endure, living your live without your computer! just felt sorry for not being there… well at least you can still watch tv programs or gossip girl *still doesn’t make it any less boring huh, hehe…*
